Striv AV, LLC ("Striv AV," "we," "us") provides audio-visual integration services, including installations, commissioning, and site visits for schools and partners. We collect only what we need to do the work:
• Contact details: name, phone number (including mobile number), email address, and organization or school name.
• Project and site details: site address, room or building information, access instructions, scheduling preferences, equipment and project notes.
• Communication records: messages, call logs, and emails you exchange with us, and your consent to receive text messages (including the date, time, and method of opt-in).
• Website data: basic technical information your browser sends when you visit strivav.com (such as IP address and pages visited), used to keep the site working.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
• Schedule and confirm installs, commissioning, service calls, and site visits
• Send project updates, arrival notices, and reminders
• Provide customer support and answer your questions
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and project records
• Meet legal, safety, and accounting obligations
We do not use your information to send unrelated marketing messages, and we do not sell your personal information.
3. Text Messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about scheduling, project updates, and customer support. We send these messages through our business phone provider, Dialpad.

• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by contacting us at the email or phone number below.
• For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the information below.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How We Share Information
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share information only as needed to run our business, for example:
• With service providers that help us operate (such as our phone/SMS provider, email, scheduling, and accounting tools), who may use it only to provide services to us
• With the school, partner, or general contractor involved in your project, when needed to complete the work
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our customers, our team, or others
All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it, though no system is perfectly secure.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by contacting us below. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are directed to schools, businesses, and organizations, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
